Biography

I completed my bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from CUNY in 1965, with graduate courses in probability and dynamic analysis. After working several years as an engineer, the stock market caught my interest and I became a stockbroker, just as the market fell into it's worse decline since the depression. In the mid 70’s, I moved back into engineering and became chief engineer of research and development for Imodco Inc., an off-shore oil terminal builder. There we developed analytical methods for the design of oil terminals under the constantly changing conditions of wind, waves and current, not so different from stock market forces. In the early 1980’s, I founded Palisades Research where we developed and published engineering software.

It has been about 40 years since the purchase of my first computer and the quest to develop a system to forecast the stock market. Blending the past 50+ years of engineering, stock market and computer experience, and combining them with the recent changes in technology and the stock market, has resulted in this program. I received my Registered Investment Advisor certificate from the State of California in July of 2002.

In a time of drastic change it is the learners who inherit the future. The learned usually find themselves equipped to live in a world that no longer exists.
